For each opening type (one image per wall or roof type is sufficient)

1: Window positioning in relation to cavity closer or insulation line

2: External door set postioning in relation to cavity closer or insulation line

Additional photos required to show details of airtightness work if not shown in continuity of insulation photos.

This could include mastic sealing of internal or external penetrations

For all plant associated with space heating, hot water, ventilation and low or zero carbon technologies within in or on the building to show the following

1: Plant/Equipment indntification label(s)including make/model and serial number

2: Primary pipework continuity of insulation

3: Mechanical ventilation ductwork continuity of insulation (for duct sections outside of thermal envelope)
